Eugen Ketterl, the valet of Francis Joseph I, left us a unique collection of postcards. Thanks to these, the author of the book, Richard H. Kastner, can present the emperor's favorite destinations in a much more colorful way. It also lists the emperor's journeys in chronological order in detail. His means of transportation ranged from horse-drawn carriages and horseback riding, through railroads and steamships, to automobiles.
All this on 184 pages, illustrated with authentic information and original pictures. The book is available in German.
